The lighting control is an essential part of an intelligent building. New developments in cotroladores and dimmers increasingly make them easier to install and use.

In San Francisco, the day 12 June this year, the "Council for Green Building US" (US Green Building Council) at its headquarters in Northern California, brought together more than 500 professionals to share and discuss building projects intelligent.
In the showroom products and innovations that make everyday buildings such increasingly greener and more oriented sophistication exploitation of natural resources, including energy conservation and energy efficiency they were presented.

Traditional and LEDs
This incompatibility is due to the very nature of traditional dimmers, which were created for lamps or incandescent bulbs, not the LEDs.
Traditional dimmers for halogen (which are a variant of incandescent), also called "dimmer legacies" operating in "linear" way, coinciding with the oscillatory wave voltage and current. Traditional lighting follows Ohm's law (I = V / R) where (R) Resistance establishes the different stages.

Within trend of intelligent buildings also we found the use and recycling of rainwater, which then heating the stored energy from the sun and use it as hot water for its inhabitants. These intelligent buildings, more and do more emphasis on the use of natural light and green spaces with plants within the premises.
The world is preparing for a drop in power generation. The search for power generation by alternative means is not only an issue of pollution or leaving the dependence on oil, but it is a reality saved with seven keys.
Intelligent buildings are the logical alternative when the world begins to perceive that the cost of electricity is going up, and even with money, often no energy is achieved by a matter of infrastructure. Everything points to rationing, low consumption, the use of dimmers and controllers to make the most, spending as little as possible.
