Latin America. The companies of the Pro-AV industry that face problems with the qualification of their professionals, can adhere to the new program created by AVIXA that is already in force. The Individual Membership Sponsorship Program aims to stimulate the perfection of the professionals who act in the audiovisual market, following models already adopted successfully in other countries.

"One of the most common challenges for manufacturers and distributors is to ensure that their products are specified and installed correctly," explains Nelson Baumgratz, Country Manager of AVIXA for Mercosur. "With this program, we intend to create a category of Premium professionals, taking advantage of the educational platforms of AVIXA, the participants will have all the support of the entity to perfect themselves technically, and the sponsors will be able to continue that development continuously".

According to Baumgratz, each manufacturer or distributor of audiovisual equipment may select, within its chain of customers and partners, key persons to participate in the educational programs of AVIXA. These professionals will receive a "Premium Membership", valid for one year and paid by the sponsor. The sponsoring company will receive periodic reports on the performance of each indicated professional, who at the end of the courses will have access to the other benefits of the membership.

The program already has the support of some affiliated companies and begins to receive more accessions. "We understand that it is very important that the end customer is educated about AV technology, so that he can plan his investments with security and raise the level of user experience," says Carlos Dalmarco, CTS, consultant in the Pro-AV segment and one of the sponsors through your company. "This is important for the audiovisual industry, and we are offering the sponsorship of an annual affiliation of AVIXA to those responsible for the IT and Facilities areas of our clients with these objectives.

The professional benefited will be committed by means of "participation agreement", to conclude the two initial courses, Quick Start in the AV Industry and The AV Industry Foundations for Technical and Sales Professionals, in a maximum of 120 days, in addition to present the exam to obtain the AVAV (AV Technical Recognition Certification) from AVIXA.
