Latin America. BenQ has improved its Premium RP Series of interactive flat panels (IFP) with voice control powered by AWS. By directly integrating AWS with BenQ's Saffi voice assistant technology, RP series IFPs use a voice-enabled remote control that simplifies instructional tasks and introduces more flexibility in the classroom.

Voice capability is available as an Amazon skill and you can comfortably access the functions of the Premium RP series through simple voice commands. Perfectly suited for active learning classes, the voice-activated 4K UHD IFP line includes the 6501 RP65K ", the 7501 RP75K" and the 8601 RP86K. "A quick firmware update is available to integrate Saffi to the units that already exist in the market.

Voice activation activated by AWS
With the reliable reliability of AWS built into BenQ's Saffi remote control, the Premium RP RP's IFPs enhance the interactive experience and collaboration technologies that were honored with the TCEA 2019 Best of Show award. Once the Saffi skill is enabled, staff can simply access the extensive flat panel menus through the voice to facilitate operation. In addition, they can play specific content on the screen, change mode and more without having to be next to the panel, saving time and making the operation smooth, fluid and fun.

Built for effective collaboration
Using the latest collaboration capabilities in the cloud, premium IFPs offer the best tools in their class for secure interactivity. When combined with BenQ's EZWrite 5.0 platform, IFPs become a hub for sharing ideas, notes and opinions.

Participants can capture images of the screen and make annotations on the screen from their devices, regardless of their location. In addition, files can be downloaded and uploaded to cloud services, such as Google Drive and Dropbox, directly from the screen without the hassle of connecting USB cables and other devices.

IFPs also come with dual pens that allow two users to write or draw simultaneously with different colors. Within the Brush Mode, participants can also use a physical brush to merge technology and art. With the handwriting recognition function, IFPs instantly convert written text, numbers, shapes and drawings into easily readable digital text without having to change modes.
