One of the segments that lower growth occurs within the audiovisual industry is automation. Although increasingly developed technologies are easy to use and accessible to the end user, this segment is not growing as it should in Latin America.

The rapid advancement of technology has made in recent years the audiovisual industry expand its borders and is increasingly closer collaboration with other sectors that previously operated independently. This situation may create greater opportunities or problems, depending on how the situation is addressed. Here are some cases:

The Latin American economy went from very positive years to a fall in 2015 which still 2016 not recovered and even accentuated in some countries in the region, where the situation is aggravated by other factors such as political and currency .

With Congress and Expo to be held from November 9 12 to Bogota, Colombia, the third audiovisual event of the year in Latin America and consolidates meets TecnoMultimedia InfoComm as the place of meeting of the AV professionals in the region.

The increasing demand for audiovisual solutions in all kinds of spaces, corporate, commercial, educational, health, among many others, has generated an interesting phenomenon in Latin America: new players, companies in other sectors begin to make audiovisual installations. Or at least try.
